This guide provides instructions on how to submit tax requests using two different methods: through Zendesk and via a form submission linked in the tax request channel.

Use Case
This procedure is used when a tax-related issue or request needs to be officially documented and tracked through the organization's ticketing systems.
Workflow
Step 1: Form Submission
- Access the form submission link provided in the tax request channel in Slack.
- Fill out all required fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the form.
- Submit the form to generate a new ticket.
Step 2: JIRA Ticket Submission
- Open JIRA and create a new issue.
- Set the project to "tax".
- Optionally, add yourself as a watcher or assign the issue to someone else (note that there is a rule to unassign automatically).
- Complete the summary and description fields with the necessary details.
- Ensure any relevant attachments are included in the thread.
- Click "Create Issue" to finalize the submission.
